Prema odredbama Člana 72. novog "Pravilnika o podeli vozila i tehničkim uslovima" o zatamnjenju spoljnih stakala na vozilima se između ostalog kaže:
"Vetrobran se ne sme naknadno zatamnjivati. Bočna stakla u ravni vozača mogu biti naknadno zatamnjena tako da ukupna vrednost prigušenja svetla ne prelazi 25%. Ostala stakla na vozilu mogu biti naknadno zatamnjena bez ograničenja ukupne vrednosti prigušenja svetla pri čemu na vozilu moraju biti ugrađena dva bočna retrovizora".
Na tehničkom pregledu su mi rekli da zatamnjena stakla moraju da imaju atest po kome ispunjavaju zakonske uslove, a momci u AMSS koji taj atest rade nisu ni merili zatamnjenje - odmah su (bez naplate) rekli da folije moraju da se skidaju (merenje i izdavanje atesta inače u AMSS košta 1500 dinara, ako nekome zatreba).

U mom slučaju radi se o folijama "Bruxsafol CH-35" koje su po mišljenju jednog ovdašnjeg servisa očigledno (vrhunski) ugrađene u inostranstvu i nisu sigurni kako bi se mogle skinuti. Jednostavno, ne vide se ivice folije.
Jedan od predloga je da se pokuša kao i sa običnim folijama - fenom za kosu, ili čak fenom za skidanje farbe, ali se plašim da od prevelike temperature staklo ne napukne.

Da li neko ima iskustva sa ovim i postoji li neka proizvođačka preporuka za skidanje ovih folija?

Usput, kakva su vam iskustva sa "drugovima na drumu" vezano za ovu problematiku?

Hvala, Darkelja! Operacija je uspela, pacijent je preživeo.

Prošlo je malo više vremena, jer su bile priče da će se možda propis promeniti tako da neće biti ograničeno zatamnjenje stakala iza "B" stuba, ali na kraju od toga nije bilo ništa - morao sam da poskidam folije sa svih stakala.

Folije su ipak skinute u servisu, jer sam dobio savet da SSM skidanje nije preporučljivo jer je jako tesko i mukotrpno poskidati folije,a pogotovo lepak sa stakala,koji ako se ne skine dobro moze dovesti do pucanja stakla pri otvaranju ili zatvaranju prozora.
U to sam se i uverio, jer iako su momci u servisu zaista brzo i stručno skinuli folije, trebalo mi je još celo jedno popodne da skinem zaostale tragove lepka.

Elem, sad više nisam "nevidljiv", ali zato ne strepim da će me rebnuti prva patrola koja me zaustavi.
Na stranu moje intimno mišljenje o svemu tome, jer se uloga folija najviše oseti pri velikim vrućinama, jer smanjuju unutrašnju temperaturu i do 10% (inače uopšte ne patim od toga da li auto izgleda cool).
Sa druge strane, one kvalitetnije folije su u pravilu polupropusne, tj. nemaju isto zatamnjenje kada se gleda spolja i iznutra. Zato se i merenje propusnosti uvek vrši iznutra ka spolja (to su mi rekli u AMSS).

Ništa ne ostavljam nezavrš
