Da li neko može da da savet kako otvoriti malo veću rupu u keramičkoj pločici?
Trebalo bi da zamenim pločicu iza tuš slavine, ali mi je ostalo premalo rezervnih pločica ...

Kad sam postavljao doma keramiku, kupio sam na buvljaku nešto jeftino ovaj borer za rezanje rupa u standardnoj zidnoj keramici. Može se naštelovati u milimetar na različite promjere, reže dosta brzo, ali je potrebna stubna bušilica. Međutim za podnu keramiku baš i nije, ipak je to jeftini nož. Možda se može naći nešto tako malo kvalitetnije, ili da se sa zadnje strane pločica malo istanji brusilicom u predjelu rupe, pa rezati s ovom napravom. Ko je malo vještiji, može napraviti i brusilicom okruglu rupu, naravno zavisi koji je promjer u pitanju.

ovo sto ti ima je osrednji alat za zidne plocice . Zidna plocica se radi od pecene gline i prskane glazure i taj alat je ok za takve plocice . Ali za podne sinterovane (nepravilan naziv granitne ) taj alat se POTROSI za pokusaj busenja iste .

Napisao sam već da to nije za podnu keramiku, jer sam probao bušiti rupu i u podnoj keramici. Koliko sam shvatio, čovjek hoće izbušiti samo jednu rupu, a to bi mogao i s ovim, da ne ošteti pločicu, doduše s dosta mrcvarenja, a da će se baš potrošiti, to neće. Uostalom izbušio sam jednu rupu u podnoj keramici i čini li ti se da je nož potrošen? E sad ako mu je keramika vrhunska granitna, kao nekakva španska koju sam pokušao da režem, to neće moći. Alati koje si pokazao su vjerovatno profesionalni i ne vjerujem da se mogu kupiti za nekoliko €, koliko je koštao moj nož. Uostalom neka se Draqan raspita i kod nekog keramičara ili možda kamenoresca, koji bi mogli imati te profi alate.
Alati na linku jesu profi i vrhunski i ja ih koristim . Ali nisu tako skupi ako se dobro secam kroner fi 30 je oko 25 E . I lepo napisah da keramika nije granitna vec sinterovana (pecena na viskoj temperaturi i presovana uz dodatak al cementa ). Granit je mineral i stena vulkaknskog porekla , znaci prirodan materijal .
Nisam keramičar po struci, već sam po sistemu SSM odradio svu keramiku u mojoj kući i jednom mom rođaku, tako da neću ulaziti u raspravu oko sastava keramičkih pločica. Znam samo da je rođak kupio tu špansku keramiku, koju su u radnji deklarisali kao granitnu, bila je tvrda ko đavo (i podna i zidna), koštala je preko 30€ m2, a ja sam se namučio kao pas, dok sam sve to postavio.
Ponekad nije lose objasniti sta je sta . A poznavanje materijala je osnova za svaki zanat . Iovako imamo gomilu nepostojecih pojomova kao sto su vodootporni gips i granitna keramika , a objasnjenja su uglavnom ta da ih prodavci tako zovu :hh :hh :hh

Ima tih alata koje prodaje i Bosch itd.U svakom slučaju sinterovana keramika se ne može bušiti, ni obradjivati kojekakvim alatima, već samo alatima profi kvaliteta, e zbog toga je i skuplje postavljanje takve keramike od obične.

U projektnoj dokumentaciji je sasvim prihvatljivo da se piše "granitna keramika", jasno je šta je u pitanju. Kad treba da bude prirodan materijal onda se piše "mermerne ploče, ili ploče od sečenog granita, polirane/ mat i sl.".
Imali smo problem kod prevoda na engleski, ali smo ustanovili da se kaže "porcelain ceramics" kao što reče frau.
